Regency Sauna

A warm, quiet room that is only yours.

Eleven saunas: infrared cabins for one to four people, and a cedar barrel built to sit outside through a Colorado winter. Different habit from a hot tub, and plenty of houses end up with both.

What a sauna is actually good for.

Warmth, quiet and twenty minutes where there is nothing to do. That is the honest version, and it is enough. People use one after a workout, after a cold day outside, or in February when the light goes at half four and going outside has stopped being appealing.

You will find plenty of websites claiming a sauna detoxifies heavy metals, causes weight loss or prevents disease. We are not going to tell you that. It is a warm room, it feels good, and it is easy to make a habit of. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or a doctor has told you to avoid heat, ask them first.

Infrared cabins · 10 models

Indoors, and easy to actually use.

Infrared cabins warm you rather than the whole room, so they are quicker to get going and simpler to put in a spare room or a basement. Choose on how many people, and on how much control over the heat you want.

Barrel sauna

Traditional steam, outside, all winter.

A cedar barrel is a different proposition: hotter, wetter, outdoors, and a proper event rather than a quick twenty minutes. The curved ceiling pushes heat back down instead of letting it pool out of reach.

Sauna and spa together

Hot room, cold air, warm water.

A lot of Colorado houses end up with a sauna and a hot tub within a few steps of each other, and use them in that order. If that is where you are heading, plan the power for both at once.

Your backyard doesn’t have to be.
