Regency Care

Something not right? Tell us what it is doing.

The more specific you can be — the noise, the code on the panel, when it started, whether it is intermittent — the better the odds the first visit is also the last one. Any make, any age, whether or not you bought it here.

Useful before we arrive

Check the obvious first

A tripped breaker, a filter that has not been cleaned in a while, or a water level below the skimmer will explain a surprising share of call-outs. None of these are stupid mistakes — they are just cheaper to rule out than to visit.

Write down the error code

If the panel is showing something, photograph it. Codes mean different things on different makes and it saves a diagnosis step.

Do not open anything electrical

A spa runs on enough current to matter and sits in a wet environment. Leave the cabinet closed and the breaker off until someone gets there.

What kind of visit?
