What we do with your details.

Short version: we use what you send us to answer you, and nothing else.

What we collect

What you type into a form on this site — your name, a way to contact you, and whatever you tell us about your spa or your yard. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.

Alongside that we record the page the enquiry came from, your browser’s user agent and your IP address. That is kept to spot automated spam and to know which part of the site is actually working, and it is not used to build a profile of you or shared with advertisers.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange delivery or a service visit. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not involved in doing the thing you asked for.

Marketing

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to anything. If you ask to hear from us, you can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Changing or deleting it

Email or call us and ask. We will confirm when it is done.

This page will be reviewed by counsel before launch and expanded to cover cookies, analytics and any third-party services in use at that time.
