Infrared Saunas · Lie down, not sit up

Therapy Lounge

Built long enough to lie down in rather than sit up in, and tall enough for someone six foot five.

Who it suits

The size most households actually use.

The Therapy Lounge is built for 4 people. A sauna is a different habit from a hot tub — shorter, drier, usually indoors, and easier to fold into a weekday than something that needs a cover lifted.

Think about where the door swings, how far it is from a shower, and whether you want it somewhere you will actually walk past. Saunas that end up in a far corner of a basement get used considerably less.

What the Therapy Lounge asks of your yard.

Where it goes

Indoors, on a level floor, with clearance around the cabinet for airflow and for the door. Basements, spare rooms and garages all work; the deciding factor is usually how far it is from somewhere to rinse off afterwards.

Power

Confirm the electrical requirement for this model with us before delivery. Some infrared cabins run from a standard household outlet and some want a dedicated circuit, and it is a cheap thing to get right in advance.

Using it in winter

A sauna earns its keep between November and March, when going outside is a decision rather than a default. Fifteen or twenty minutes is a normal session. Drink water, come out when you have had enough, and do not use one if a doctor has told you to avoid heat.

Looking after it

Wipe the benches down, leave the door ajar to let it dry, and keep the cabinet clear. Regency Care covers parts and service if something stops working.

When you are ready

Come and sit in it dry.

Nobody should spend this much on a spa they have only seen from above. All three Regency showrooms have models set up so you can get in, try the seats and see how the Therapy Lounge actually fits you.
