Who it suits
Enough seats that nobody waits their turn.
The 850B seats 7. In practice that means a full household plus guests, without anyone perching on a corner. This is the range most families land in once they stop trying to save space.
There is no lounger — it is all open seating. Everyone sits at roughly the same height, which is better for conversation and means the seat count is real rather than theoretical. If you would rather lie back, the lounger version of this shell trades one seat for exactly that.
At 50 jets this is at the strong end of the range. Expect noticeably more pressure than an entry-level spa, and expect to spend a while working out which seat you like best. Comfort and recovery after a hard day outside — not a substitute for medical treatment.

The 850B is 91 inches across its narrow side. Measure your gate, the gap between the house and the fence, and any corner it has to turn — that number is the one that decides whether delivery is straightforward or needs a crane.

Dry it weighs 803 pounds. Full, with people in it, you are closer to 5,500 pounds. That needs a proper pad or a deck an engineer has looked at — not paving slabs laid on soil.
Power
Plan on a dedicated 240-volt circuit installed by a licensed electrician, wired to your local code. Book that before the delivery date rather than after — it is the usual reason a spa sits unused for a fortnight.
Colorado winters
At 420 gallons there is a lot of thermal mass here, which works in your favour on a cold night: a big body of water gives up heat slowly. Put it somewhere sheltered from the prevailing wind if you have the choice, and think about where the snow comes off your roof.
