The 729B seats 7. In practice that means a full household plus guests, without anyone perching on a corner. This is the range most families land in once they stop trying to save space.
There is no lounger — it is all open seating. Everyone sits at roughly the same height, which is better for conversation and means the seat count is real rather than theoretical. If you would rather lie back, the lounger version of this shell trades one seat for exactly that.

The 729B is 84 inches across its narrow side. Measure your gate, the gap between the house and the fence, and any corner it has to turn — that number is the one that decides whether delivery is straightforward or needs a crane.
