The 860L seats 6. In practice that means a full household plus guests, without anyone perching on a corner. This is the range most families land in once they stop trying to save space.
One seat is a full-length lounger. People tend to feel strongly about these in both directions: it is the most comfortable seat in the spa, and it is also one fewer place to sit. If the household is large, look at the all-bench version of the same shell before deciding.
At 60 jets this is at the strong end of the range. Expect noticeably more pressure than an entry-level spa, and expect to spend a while working out which seat you like best. Comfort and recovery after a hard day outside — not a substitute for medical treatment.

Power
Plan on a dedicated 240-volt circuit installed by a licensed electrician, wired to your local code. Book that before the delivery date rather than after — it is the usual reason a spa sits unused for a fortnight.
Colorado winters
At 405 gallons there is a lot of thermal mass here, which works in your favour on a cold night: a big body of water gives up heat slowly. Put it somewhere sheltered from the prevailing wind if you have the choice, and think about where the snow comes off your roof.
