Who it suits
Built for two, with room to be polite about it.
The 532L seats 3. In practice that means two people most nights and a third when someone visits. Small spas get used more often than large ones, because heating and covering them is less of an event.
One seat is a full-length lounger. People tend to feel strongly about these in both directions: it is the most comfortable seat in the spa, and it is also one fewer place to sit. If the household is large, look at the all-bench version of the same shell before deciding.

Getting it in
The 532L is 60 inches across its narrow side. Measure your gate, the gap between the house and the fence, and any corner it has to turn — that number is the one that decides whether delivery is straightforward or needs a crane.
What it stands on
Dry it weighs 460 pounds. Full, with people in it, you are closer to 2,700 pounds. That needs a proper pad or a deck an engineer has looked at — not paving slabs laid on soil.
Power
Plan on a dedicated 240-volt circuit installed by a licensed electrician, wired to your local code. Book that before the delivery date rather than after — it is the usual reason a spa sits unused for a fortnight.
Colorado winters
At 205 gallons this is a smaller volume of water, so the cover does more of the work. A good cover, kept in good condition, is the single biggest thing you control. Put it somewhere sheltered from the prevailing wind if you have the choice, and think about where the snow comes off your roof.
Keeping it easy
