Sized for the night everyone turns up.
The Pelican Bay seats 9. In practice that means you are buying for gatherings, not for Tuesday. Worth being honest with yourself about how often that happens — though a big spa is still a good spa with two people in it.
At 71 jets this is at the strong end of the range. Expect noticeably more pressure than an entry-level spa, and expect to spend a while working out which seat you like best. Comfort and recovery after a hard day outside — not a substitute for medical treatment.

The Pelican Bay is 91 inches across its narrow side. Measure your gate, the gap between the house and the fence, and any corner it has to turn — that number is the one that decides whether delivery is straightforward or needs a crane.

Power
Plan on a dedicated 240-volt circuit installed by a licensed electrician, wired to your local code. Book that before the delivery date rather than after — it is the usual reason a spa sits unused for a fortnight.
Colorado winters
At 505 gallons there is a lot of thermal mass here, which works in your favour on a cold night: a big body of water gives up heat slowly. Put it somewhere sheltered from the prevailing wind if you have the choice, and think about where the snow comes off your roof.
